There are many types of wider blades with full sizes in markets. Generally they can be divided into two models: traditional wiper blades and soft wiper blades. Traditional types utilized with metal frame to hold rubber blades. The appearance of exposed metal structure giving the metallic machinery feel; however, Taiwan wet and humid environment easily get the metal joint rust, further to reduce the fitness of blade rubber and the ability of wiping。
For soft wiper blades(jointless wiper blades) solves this problem. It is of evolution from traditional metal holder to hidden metal blades, with a more quality feel than traditional ones. Yet, it is not the origin concept of soft wiper blades. In the moment of hitting passengers, if unfortunately, soft wiper blades do not get upright due to the impact force and result in the possibilities of hurting people. In addition to this, without metal holder, bad wiping movement caused by ice which formed from the contained raining water in cold weather, won’t be a concern. Safety and non-frozen design is the key of new development。
Though above are with different design ideas, they share the same goals. Speaking of the capability of wiping, soft wiper blades provides more even pressure, and with better performance; in another way, traditional ones do not achieve force in equilibrium due to the holder connector. The wiper in co-driver’s side is easily got lifted as the metal blades designed is not matched each windshield arc for every single models cars, so it caused incomplete wiping. Those windshields with bigger radian on both sides, seems to have this problem more. Unless the car is equipped with soft wiper blades from origin car manufacturers, or general type soft wiper blades would have the flaws without good adhesive and good wiping。

1.All of our wiper blades pass full wiping inspections before product is released from factory.
2.Some of brand new products happened with lifted corners due to the package, but it wont make any influences to the functions. After using a while, the frame will be more adhesive to the windscreen arc。
3. Please do not bend the frame in case leading the origin arc setting deviation or other problems.。
4.Try to not active the wiper blades while it is dry or the windscreen is very dirty. It is because much tiny dust and micro foreign parts stayed between windscreen and wiper blades, if we used it under this condition, it would seriously damage the rubber blades and happened wiping incompletely, easily scratching the windshield. To remain a optimum vision, please always use neutral detergent to wash your cars and rubber blades, instead of wiping the windscreen only. 。
5. It is normal that wiper arm down pressures getting reduced after years using! In the time of car is still, please do not lift the wiper arm for long, it would cause the spring fatigued earlier than it should be and reduce the normal down pressure.。
6.Before changing the wiper blades, make sure the wiper length is the same as the original equipped ones and to check if the wiper arm down pressure is reduced. For the reason the wiper arm pressure should be matched with the length. If it were too long, insufficient pressure will cause incomplete wiping. If the wiping arm pressure is turning down, it would cause insufficient pressure and bring with water belt, incomplete wiping. After changing the wiper blades, please firstly use qualified non-corrosive neutral detergent to clean the windscreen and active the wiper blades about 10-15 times. Making sure the connectors and other accessories is smooth and fit. Rubber blades should be kept clean in day times.。
7.Auto wiper blades are consumable supplies. To ensure a optimum vision and your safety, it is suggested to change at least every 6-12 months.。 |
